I had a few drinks last night - not drunk or anything. Today, I feel real bad.

Did you eat before you went out? Well,anyway,you have a hangover. Take two tylenol{because there ok for the belly} a glass of soda or juice, not water because they say drinking water when you just wake up from a drunk will get you drunk all over again. This is so true.I know from experience.and lay down for another hour or so.You will feel better. Promise.

You need to eat something light and non greasy/fatty and drink lots of fluids to get your body back on an even keel.
Did you drink anything new last night? Maybe it doesnt agree with you.
It may be coincidence that you had a drink last night, could be a bug.

First thing is to drink plenty of water. This will assist the lining of your stomach to deal with the big influx of alcohol. It will also rehydrate you and make you have a clearer head. Eat a light meal, boiled eggs are good and thin toast. Have no fats on the bread as the liver cannot handle this as well.
