regularly get a hot oil treatment or something that will nourish your hair. also get scalp treatments. every 3 weeks get your hair trimmed. after getting out of the shower towel dry your hair, dont brush it but comb it a few times with a wide tooth comb. this will prevent snagging and breakage. avoid styling products and hot irons and hair dryers. it is best to keep a style naturally. when hair is damp keep them in large velcro rollers for a stright do or smaller ones for a curlier do. you can sleep that way so that your hair is set in the morning and throughout the day with out the use of styling products or devices which you need to avoid.

You need to go to a good hairstylist and have the split ends removed. I'm sorry, but they will just continue to split if they are not removed. After that, try Tresseme Moisture Rich. Also, I bought a comb made for wet hair. The teeth are further apart so there isn't as much ripage. I had the same problem. After having the ends removed and switching brands, my hair stylist is impressed with the condition of my hair. Hope that helps.

Every 2-3 Months go get half an inch taken of your hair it keeps the split ends in control, Sadly theres no way to get rid of them other than that. I use a shower comb its a wide tooth comb, it doesnt damage your hair it costs about $4.00. Also get hot oil treatments monthly It renourishes your hair its awesome

Trims. I also just tried the new Panteene Time Renewal hair mask and I really liked it! Made my fried hair feel so soft and shiny! It's supposed to undo years of combing, coloring, heat damage, etc. Check it out! I'm going to buy the shampoo and conditioner this week!
