You could try an aerial booster. These are available from most electrical stores. Or you could just put an extension on the existing aerial not that hard to do.

My husband brought me and our daughter a digital tv for Christmas last year also free view tv for bedroom and all we have is an ariel from currys it is called "One For All" cost £10 and everything works perfect fantastic picture and reception. When you look there are two types the one we use and is the best is the small black one that does not have antener you pull up and move around this is a black oval shape works perfect and also on our huge digital one in living room as old ariel will not work on it and we need to change loft ariel as it has been in house since dooms day.

Best way is to get a new aerial and put it in the loft and run a cable from the loft directly into the bedroom.
Best bring it down through a cupboard or wardrobe to hide it and then run it round the skirting if necessary.
The aerial will cost about £10 and the cable is around 0.75p per metre.

You could try getting a powered digital internal Ariel from somewhere like Argos, we have one and it works great or you could simply just get some extension Ariel cable and a two way male and female co-axle end and just run the cable from your living room up to your bedroom. You can buy it per foot so you should be able to get some long enough to run up your stairs, just go to any good D.I.Y. shop and they should be able to advise you better. Hope this helps.

the least complicated way t get (digital) television on your bedroom is freeview, they value as low as £20 now. in case you want Sky on your bedroom, you may get signal senders, which because the call exhibits will deliver the signal to a television in yet another room , the purely downside with that is that you're tied to the channel it really is exhibiting on the Sky digi field, i.e. you cant replace channels. the purely way round that is to get a separate Sky digi field, besides the undeniable fact that it makes extra experience and is a lot more low-priced to get a freeview field.

Yes - you can get them from Maplins, Currys, Argos etc etc
They are susceptible to interference so we've found - ours is a cheapie though
But for all that, not bad, and saves all that faffing around with cables etc
I'd suggest you get the best one you can - it will probably have better rejection than the cheaper ones ( be less affected by interference)

If you really wanted to hide the cable you could run it under the carpet. The hole you need would be so small most people wouldnt notice it if they were looking at it. The hardest part is what to pull it through with.
