During the day: Bonjour! Comment vas-tu?
And you use Bonsoir during the evening instead of Bonjour!
Also you can use Salut! Ca va? That means hi, how's it going? I'm sorry i can't help you with the good night part... Hope this helps a little bit! :)

Salut (pronounced saloo) is probably closest to an informal hello.
ca va? (sa va) is how are you.
bonne nuit (bon nwee) is good night.

It depends who you're talking to.
So, if you don't know the person or if you're a teen and the person is an adult, you say:
Bonjour! (Hello)
Comment allez-vous?
Bonne nuit. (Good night)
For young people and people you know:
Salut! (Hi!)
Comment ça va? or Comment vas-tu?
Bonne nuit.
