I'm 28 years old, male and live with parents and I'm extremely bored of life. What should I do? Here is a list of things i've already tried. I've tried each one to the fullest.

- Independance I can be independant but it sucks. Nice house, nice car, etc but too much work.
- Job, I can get paid about 90k a year if I want but too much work.
- Girlfriend, I can get hot girls, but too much work.
- Sex, I can get it if I want, but too much work.
- Traveling, boring as hell, tried it too much work.
- Eating lots of different types of food.
- Excercise, even bodybuilding.
- Religion, tried them all especially christianity, only way is if God/Jesus verbally spoke to me or slapped me upside the head.
- School, way too difficult not for me.
- Blood Tests, everything normal.
- Anti Depression Medication, too many side effects.

I have no motivation to live life. I've only been happy one time in my life, it was when I took MDMA. But that is fake/artificial and it was one time.

Seems like what you are saying is you no longer enjoy things you used to enjoy or maybe you were doing things you thought you should do instead of what you might want to do. By that list it seems like you are a high achiever. Is it possible you could enjoy life more if you do not live it all or nothing ie how about a more balanced approach to living for example. A part time job in something you find interesting. Going for walks and enjoying nature perhaps with a new puppy. Perhaps take a course in something that interests you purely for pleasure and not achievement such as photography, or painting etc.

Seems to me like you are in a great spot to reinvent your life...and not follow the typical 9-5. You are obviously very smart. You are not obligated to live the stereotypical life, white picket fence, two car garage etc. Perhaps you could decide to live in cottage built by your own hands; or maybe in a high rise in the city, perhaps a motorcycle instead of a car or maybe a horse. Your life can be as unique and quirky and enjoyable as you can envision it to be....and your success does not have to be measured in accolades, mortgages and cars but in the enjoyment you find in each day such as nature, pets, things you find beautiful such as art etc.

You failed to mention therapy with a pschologist with a phd. Maybe what you need to be on is a journey or self discovery and counselling can and will help you with that.

When you say "it's too much work" it's like a boat on dry land that can see the sea but is too heavy and stuck to bother, stay away from aspartame(artificial sweeteners).processed foods, and drink plenty of unfluoridated water. Aspartame make you "foggy brained" and can cause depression "fluoride is also a nuro toxin". go to infowars.com and prisonplanet.com and get aware of what is REALLY going on.
