I had a meatball sub from subway at around 6 PM. At 10PM I started throwing up. It's 4 AM now and I've been throwing up every 30mintes to an hour ever since.

I've also got really bad diahrea.

I've tried drinking a glass of water, and that came back up at the next puking fit 20 minutes later. I had a sprite with the same effect.

Is there anything I can do that will make it stop?

Don't drink or eat anything for at least 3-4 hours after you vomit. Then start with very small amounts of clear liquids only. If you keep these down, advance your diet slowly ie. plain toast, saltine crackers, very bland foods. If, after this, you continue to not be able to keep fluids down, you may become dehydrated. Make an appointment with your doctor at this point.

Stay away from the meatballs bro. Rule 1- Never eat any meat you cannot identify. This includes hot dogs and subway meatballs. See if you can stomach some panadol or asprin. If you must drink, drink water or milk only. No fizzy or sugary drinks. Once you pass whatever bug or foreign bacteria is in your stomach you will come good. Its really just a matter of riding it out. See you doctor or GP today if it continues. Call the Subway store and inform them of your sickness too. ")

According to the guide, Calorie Fat & Carbohydrate Counter, the meatballs on my own on a 6" is three hundred energy and a 6" wheat is two hundred energy. So, 500+ (no longer definite what the meatball sauce might convey the whole rely to. And consistent with this nifty guide I acknowledged above, it's NOT one of the crucial healthiest subs you'll be able to get there. Another instance: Gary D, indexed what he ate: 12" Meatball w/ cheese on wheat. That sandwich on my own was once: 1720 energy. Yikes! That is OVER the traditional calorie consumption a usual sized healthful character will have to consume in the course of the entire day.

With food poisoning the biggest worry is dehydration from the vomiting and diahria. It may not be pleasant but the most important thing you can do is drink lots of water. It also will make the vomiting less painful if you keep water in your stomach. Also, be sure to rinse your mouth and brush your teeth because the stomach acids are rough on the teeth.

Hmm it could be some sort of bacterial infection that could be due to what you ate, that or food poisoning. Could also be food allergies. Whatever the cause, only a physician can help you out, so consult one ASAP.

Frequent vomitting and diarrhea is bad since it causes dehydration and puts your electrolyte balance out of whack. So be sure to keep yourself hydrated. Gatorade helps me keep my electrolytes up, so you can drink those while you're waiting to be checked up by a doctor.

Sounds like a stomach virus, maybe from something you ate. I would go see the doc if it continues...but for now maybe some Pepto Bismol, if you can hold it dow, might help.

Hope you feel better!

I suggest that you go immediately to your local hospital's emergency room. You may be suffering for poisoning. It is also important to drink fluids.

Good luck!
