My boyfriend and i have been together for 3 months and hes asked me to move in with him. But theres a Catch he lives in the same town right now , but works 12 hours away , and the move would be to the city he works in. As for 3 months bit , i know what your thinking you dont even know him , but before we were in a realationship way before, we were friends ,and roommates. So we already know how one is living together. I want to to be with him. But the move scares me as I wont know anyone , and i'll be leaving everyone , my friends and family. Should i just take the plunge and go for it , or what ?

IF YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR OPINIONS YOU MUST HAVE RESERVATIONS. I WAS IN A 2 MO. RELATIONSHIP AND WE MOVED IN TOGETHER, IT WAS THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE, BUT WE WERE READY. WE ARE BOTH DIVORCED WITH NO CHILDREN. I HAD MOVED FROM NY AND HE LIVED ON MY BLOCK, WE BEFRIENDED EACH OTHER AND CLICKED, FRIENDS FIRST SEEMS TO WORK. YES, I KNEW IT WAS SO FAST, BUT I CONSIDERED HOW I CARE ABOUT HIM AND FIGURED THAT WHEN AN OPPORTUNITY ARISES GO FOR IT, THAT IS WHAT LIFE IS ALL ABOUT. IF IT DOES NOT WORK, I KNOW THAT I MADE AN ATTEMPT. I FIGURED LIFE IS SHORT, IF I DONT DO IT, I WOULD ALWAYS WONDER WHAT IF. GOOD LUCK!

If your stomach tenses at the thought of the move do not make the move. Always listen to what your body is telling you. The mind gets clouded with what the heart wants to do. Take this move very serious. Nobody can replace family and friends. You can make more friends and obtain more family. But you can not replace the love and security that comes from what you know you have where you are now. Good Luck!

Talk it out with him. Tell him what you're feeling. (guys like that because we can't read minds...^.^) See what he does to reason with you. If you feel he has cleared your mind of all doubt and fear, go for it. If not, I suggest to wait a while. At least until you feel comfortable. If love is there...he will understand. Remember...doing things in a "pressured" manner only brings grief and sorrow. Take your time and think things through. You know, the whole "pros and cons" thing.

Best of luck to you. ^.^

This is a big step in your life so sort it out carefully. If you think you know him then be with him.
