My grandad if i remember right was not bald. I really don't think i could get away with a shaved head lol.

It would not suit me. If any woman would like to see a photo of me with hair and it shaved let me know. See what you think

Don't worry about it mate, my hair started going at 21. Although I'm not totally bald, I do have an extremely baron patch. Best thing to do is just let it happen. there's nothing more pitiful than watching other men trying to cover up the fact that they're going bald by either combing it over or growing it long in a desperate attempt to hide what everyone can actually see.

Hi there,
There are many factors that can attribute to hair recession or massive hair fall and you need to find out which one exactly is responsible for the problem you are having now. Of course male pattern baldness is still the most common cause, but, for instance, if you are a woman things are deinitely different! This is the reason why you will need to really dig down and see the source of your problem.

Other causes of hair loss may include (both in men and women): severe mental or emotional stress, excessive use of coloring or bleaching agents, traction alopecia or excessive strain on the scalp due to braiding or corn rowing, hormonal changes, alopecia areata or hair loss due to autoimmune diseases, and many more. Each of these conditions will require a different approach in order to achieve success regardless of whether you're going to be using conventional or natural methods.

In my opinion it's much better to use natural methods as opposed to conventional ones, they're cheaper, have less to no side effects, and often more effective.

A good way of regaining your full head of healthy natural hair is well described on this guide: http://hairagain.toptips.org
Good Bye

Hi,
if your dad and grandad are bald then chances are you will be too but there are things you can do to prevent it from falling quickly, but not stop it, things like using a mild shampoo such as johnssons baby shampoo, this has less chemicals then other shampoos on the market and wont damage the hair you have left, just obviously wash you hair with it but instead of rubbing the shampoo vigourously into you hair, gently massage it, this will bring circulation for the affected area and lessen the amount of hair lost.

Go to your local pharmacy and find some Rogaine, or something similar and give it a try.

Is your mother's father bald? That's the line to follow to see if you will become bald yourself. If you wear baseball caps frequently, you might want to stop as that has been known to help some hair loss as well.

Either way, don't worry about it so much (stress is another factor!), some bald guys are sexy! You just have to be comfortable with yourself.

There is nothing you can do to halt male pattern baldness. Accept it and move on with your life. When it gets to the point where it is really obvious, keep your hair very short. Short of going to a trichologist (very expensive), just be thankful you still have your health.

Are your male relatives older than you bald ? If so, the likelyhood is that you will be too, eventaully.
