i am 16 years old. i want to know weather we have to cut the hair grown near the penis..
serious answers plz.
hair started growing when i was 11.

Just trim it a bit. Mine started growing quite early as well.

Cut it with a #2 fade it down to bald. Shave around everything else. Seriously!

Hygienically it is good to cut down the bush so you don't get skin irritation problem due to sweat, dust and tight clothes.
