After I color my hair, it looks better. It becomes fuller and shiner. My hair becomes greasy when it needs to be colored. So I color it and it looks much better.
But I don't color my hair every three months. I do it every 4-6 months. Plus I color it brown. So I would imagine it's less harmful to your hair then coloring it blond would be.
Coloring your hair doesn't prevent it from growing. If this is your cause, start taking prenatal vitamins. They work great to get your hair and nails to grow.

I know that it does damage it from all of the chemicals that are in it but I don't know about preventing it from growing though. I don't see how it could prevent it from growing. Your hair doesn't grow from the bottom.

i dont think it prevents it from growing it just prevents it from growing the good way (its on the bad side) and apart from that everything is gr8 (apart from the chemicals)
