I graduated last year, and my LEA decided to 're-assess' my application for student support. They say i owe 850quid because i changed my course to a different university. i know a few other people who did this and have not been asked for a penny. Do i owe this money?

Hi>
I suppose the short answer is do not pay anything
unless asked for it.
I was "lucky" in having a sponsered Uni degree by an employer, who payed for everthing.
Happy days - what happened to them in higher education ?
Something is amiss.
Do not pay a bean unless really forced to do so.
Best of luck,
Bob
