the 1st time he saw me he took a double look and smiled at me. at work he's always looking at me, sometimes just eye to eye (he doesn't turn away even when i look at him), sometimes he even smiled at me.but sometimes he turns away. but when he is talking to me he doesn't dare to look at me in the eyes and when he wants to concentrate he needs to have his back facing me coz it's the only way for him to NOT look at me...what does all these signs mean?

it was like attraction at first sight for him...he couldn't stop looking at me the first time our eyes met...but i don't have any feelings for him except of course i'm flattered.

no i mean when he talks to me he's facing me but no eye contact.he keeps his back to me when he's talking to other people coz it's the only way he wouldn't be distracted by me.

He looks at you, returns your gazes, and then suddenly and inexplicably turns his back to talk to you? It can only mean one thing: Halitosis! The boy has breath that will take the chrome off a Harley...

By the sounds of it he likes you and when he is talking to you he is nervous which makes it hard to maintain eye contact.Also low confidence can do that as well. Try talking to him and help him relax he probaly is seeking your approval for more confidence within himself and to be around you.

This person is crazy about you, but im also guessing they are a) scared of being rejected by you.....b) very shy ....c) unsure of how you feel about them....
