you'll prob need to get a pre lightner, from any drug store. Its a bleach that will take all the colour out your hair and leave it white. Then u get the hair dye u want and dye it again. beware, the pre lightner is very strong and if left on too long, you'r hair might break. Your hair may look ginger throught the processing time but if u do a strand test, it should work out no bother, Good luck!

Bleach can be a tricky process. If you plan on doing this again at home, buy some powder base bleach you mix with water from Sallys ( if u have one) they are cheap and can be bought around 3 bucks. When bleaching make sure to get it on evenly and it may help to wrap a clean dry towel around the treated hair to hold in heat. also try holding your head under a heater of some kind, heat makes the bleach react faster and stronger. Leave on as directed . since your dyed your hair already the bleach will take longer to bleach since its not just bleachin out your natural color, its workin on a dye as well. so try the above and leave on 15 mins longer. i woudnt suggest longer than 15 mins extra cause of risk of damage. if it doesnt come all out the 1st time, wait a day or so and treat your hair with conditioner, then redo the bleaching process again. it should completely get the "ginger" out. then when ur truly satisfied, color your hair again. hope this helps:)

The reason it has come out orange is because you have warm tones to your hair. What you need to look for on the box is the word "ash". Wait a week for your hair to recover and use some intensive conditioners on it such as Aussi 3 minute miracle. Next week dye it again using a blonde ash colour and it will be better. I like the Loreal les Blondissime range of blondes - I use the ash blonde one as I also have warm tones to my hair and it comes out lovely.

oh this has happened to many of times and I still dont learn! I had to wear a cap once for a day til I could get some dye. But honestly the best thing you can do is go to a hairdresser and they will do it for you or reccomend a dye that will help as certain colours and dyes will do nothing for the colour you have. Good luck.

If you bleach it, it should take the colour out and then re dye it with the blonde dye. IT should solve the problem but its all dependant upon your hair
Im confused as to whether you bleached it or just tried to dye it blonde. If you use pure bleach it should take out the colour.

I did this once and my hair turned yellow,it looked stupid. What i did was bought a darker hair dye which may not be what you want but it was the only way i could get rid of the stupid colour completely. also just cut a bit of your hair off underneath and test it with the dye you buy....good luck!

i have done that before, you need to go to a salon the dye you buy from a shop isn't strong enough to take the ginger tint out of it. sorry now get yourself along to that salon.

eek.
Try searching onlin for a way to re colour it. I reckon you'll have to use a strong colour and leave it for a while, possibly recolouring twice!
