Don't be scared as you are displaying symptoms of Flu. or pregnancy. The doc will sort you out better than anyone on this site.

You don't say how long this has been going on,but I'd say it's a virus. He'll probably recommend rest-and depending on the strain,may give you antibiotics.

don't worry the breathing is probably that you are worried about all the other stuff calm down and take a minute and you should start to feel a bit better
