can anyone recommend any good cosmetic surgeries, i am looking to get a breast enlargement and want to research to make sure i get the right surgeon. I live in nottingham but dont mind travelling (within the uk).
Any recommendations or comments welcome!

update-i am not having it so men can look at me, i dont NEED them for that actually!! for all you know i could have had cancer and am doing ti to build confidence, i could actually be a man wanting to be a woman, you are very bitter and probably jealous because you cant afford yo better YOURself

Also, just to let you know, there is a new product called Macrolane, that will be introduced into the UK some time next year. It is a long term filler that can be used to enlarge the breast tissue. It lasts about 2 years and is from Q-Med, the same company that product Restylane.
If you do decide to have the breast augmentation, I would personally suggest having the newer silicone cohesive gel 'gummy bear implants' as opposed to saline or regular silicone. If the implant shell reputures, the silicone will not leak as it is semi-solid. You can chose between tear drop and round shape and they can either be placed behind the breast tissue or partially behind the muscle. Incisions can either be under the breast or around the areola for this type of implant.
I'd also recommend posting on the message boards of the site below to find surgeons in your local area.

My suggestion would be interview several surgeons.
Find one you feel comfortable with, one who will not promise big results. You must remember after the surgery is finished you have several months to recover and you new breasts will not look like they will after the swelling is over. Also look for a Dr. who will do touch ups for free if there are any problems once your swelling has gone away.

Why the hell do women think they look good with false breasts. IN FACT girls NO you dont.....
Yes, men will look but most are saying to themselves, god what a slapper, unless they are in the pub with there mates and ofcourse they will say wowww...But not a lot of men with brains would even think of going into a relationship with a woman looking like that....
