Ok since the majority of you christians think that war is not murder & soldiers in war won't go to hell.. " War is not murder, it is killing of course. God can be in war - but not murder - two totally different things" Would i go to hell if i started a holy War against Emo People,,,,and just starting killing emo kids because of their beliefs & because Emo boys are invading my territory ( womans clothing department)

it might help your cause if you were commanded by your service supervisor to kill emo kids then you would be merely following instructions.
A great psyche test was done which tricked volunteers into thinking they were shocking real people (only actors) with increasing amounts of volts. The actors were screaming in pain but most of the participants kept following the lab scientist;s instructions to keep increasing the voltage - even against their own moral judgement. Was used to try and pardon a lot of WWII war criminals who claimed they were only following instructions.

Let it go. Death will happen, whether it's in a war, or being stabbed while you are walking down the street. If you don't fight back for what you believe in, then what good are you. Yes, there are other ways to handle situations, but, not all countries are like the US. In many countries, kids learn how to use a gun before they can walk and talk. You can't fight that with words. Not all countries are democratic, some have dictators that only know war. Words can't win against that either. Just think what may happen if the men and women of your country weren't over there fighting for your freedom. Where would you be then.

Yes it is murder, because the Bible only condones following your country in to war not causing it yourself.
I don't believe war should be started over differing beliefs, really not worth it.
You can't claim the women's clothing territory as your own.
War is about protecting your nation, and the right to live freely within that.
I would not even try to test it out cause I am sure store securtiy will catch up with you very quickly.

War is fine only if you are doing it to protect yourself and what is rightfully yours. If you are doing it to claim glory in the name of an invisible man in the sky it is not only murder it is idiocy especially if it's because the people you are at war with believe in a different invisible man in the sky than you do.

You are comparing people being tottured and killed by their own government with shopping for clothes. Interesting view.

Well that's funny.....
Let's say you don't do none of that.....
Let's say, you had gotten upset with your neighbors.... You don't like their flag..... Let's say, they stepped in your yard and stuck their flag there..... Declaring your home theirs because they got it in an auction and the sheriff delivered the papers that sold your home through foreclosure...... You hate them.....
You war to get it back.... You take down their kids... and any who come to defend them.....
Would you be righteous in your cause?......
No!!!
Because these are things that are not yours.......
they had actually attained.... they own.... they believed they had a right to... etc....

well of course it's murder. but it's tolerated murder. it's not religion that you should be upset about. it's the political system - we're at war. and you talk about "US CHRISTIANS"??? i do recall it might have been the muslim faith that flew two large airplanes into two very important US buildings. every faith has people that think they can use their god as a reason to kill people. STOP GENERALIZING!!

Its not that simple. Men who are sent to foreign lands to fight, do because they must. Most men over there wouldnt kill unless their life was in danger. If they killed without their life being in immdiate danger then its murder.

anyone who has God in their pocket is dangerous.
i would like to think that whilst we are told to tolerate the rediculous behaviour of religious people, the majority of us have a good sense of right and wrong.
