first all the Bible was written by men, men who loved and followed Jesus and wrote down his words
and before Jesus, men were called scribes and they wrote down what they witnessed...
and the new testament was also written by men with Jesus' words and the men's witnessing of what Jesus did and said,
the new testament is a fulfillment of the word from the old testament,
God did not change his mind, time went on and the Bible only fulfilled what was told and what happened,
good luck
smile
and
God Bless

God does not change. The change between the older books of the Bible and the later books are more to do with changes in human perceptions of, and attitudes to God than they have to do with God.
Some scholars actually have the temerity to suggest that the being that Jews, Muslims and Christians currently call "God" or "Allah" or "Yahweh" is actually a fusion between the chief god of Israel and the chief god of Judah, two separate political entities in the ancient world with different gods. Some of the inconsistencies in the Old Testament derive from this.
The behaviour of the god of Moses has been called psychopathic. Look at the minute instructions for the construction of the travelling temple and its furnishings (Actually the arrangement is virtually identical to that of Egyptian temples) and his habit of bumping off anyone who got too near. Either the god was a psychopath or Moses was, according to some people.
This should upset a few people.

God had a plan since the beginning he wrote in the old testament many times that He would send Jesus and that things would change. The Old and New Testament compliment each other.
The old Testament were things the Jews needed to survive after being slaves and not knowing how to create a society on their own. It also show us a life style of worship. IF you look at the temple set up, and Romans 12 (The Worship chapeter) they compliment each other beautifully.

God never changed his mind when the new testament was written. In the old testament Jesus Christ is mentioned. In the new Testament Jesus was born and do you know what he said he said he didn't come on earth to change the laws of Moses but just to add on it. In the old testament fornication, murder, rape, lying, gossiping, adultery and so on was wrong in the new testament all these and more which are wrong are still wrong, nothing has changed.

Why do you think God does not change his mind. The reason we pray is to do just that.
Ex32:14, "Then The LORD relented and did not bring about the disaster He had promised."

Jesus did not come to abolish the law, but to fulfill the law.
the old T. was to point out our need for a solution, the N.T. is the solution
