Im not sure myself, but i get the same probs. all i notice is that som channels are grouped to certain frequencies usually between 22 and 69. not all of these frqueny bands have a good signal in all areas.
Some times you can use a signa booster, or another mini arierl that you place on top of your tv can help

probably the ariel or coverage. I can recieve over 90 channels with mine even though i installed the outdoor ariel myself.
indoor ariels are rubbish for freeview.

I assume you have done a search to actually install these channels (See your instructions) If you have then something is wrong with signal..

Have you tried re-tuning/scanning the box?- it should pick the channels up.

as long as you have an active card you will get them, other wise you must have a fault and a message on screen explaining this

you should search for new channels....
if you go into your setup menu... and select search for new channels.....
