YES, without a doubt......... if you feel its unsafe, or not as it should be, your statutory rights will cover it, but if you have the receipt too, then you should have No problems at all.

it DOESNT have to be broken or damaged

In UK you are entitled to your money back if the goods are faulty, or not 'as descibed'. If claims have been made for the pram that are not true, that would be grounds for a refund. You could possibly claim that the pram is not 'fit for the purpose' also.

Just changing your mind doesn't automatically entitle you to a refund. As a gesture of goodwill, the shop MAY allow you to, in effect, change the pram by offering you a credit note which would have to be spent in the same shop. If you have already actually used the pram, and it has obviously been used, you are probably stuffed, I'm sorry to say.

The best thing to do is call the store that you got the pram from and see what their returns policy is.

your going to have a tough time as unless the pram doesn't meet its requirements the retailer could be within his rights to refuse to take it back despite statuary rights

yes!! if you feel its not safe you are well in your rights.. they might recomend another pram for you to swap with .. make sure you are comfortable with it and the way it folds away and opens again before you make the swap.. I'm sure the store will be more than happy to help you..

It depends on the store and how often you used it. You obviously cant use an item for a few weeks and then expect a refund.
