that what i eat everyday. lol.

no. you have to eat 3 meals a day. that way you spread out the calories during the day to have energy to work and play.

white steam rice has almost no calories and the pork chop, maybe 1-1 and half is good for dinner. 2 chops if ur that hungry.

Balanced Meals is the way to go.

One full meal a day is dangerous to your body. Your body runs 24/7 and needs energy all day long. More is needed when you are physically busy and when you are thinking, like a student doing homework. It is best to eat 4-6 small meals a day, a breakfast is most important.

2 pork chops in one meal is too much. eat one chop with rice and add a vege. Veges and fruits and water are the most important foods. Meats are very good but not as much is needed like the others.

No. Eating 5 - 6 small meals per day is ideal. A six meals per day diet is your best option for losing weight and gaining lean muscle mass quickly. Eating 6 small, protein-rich meals and snacks - spaced 2 to 3 hours apart - has been proven to be the most effective way to keep your metabolism going strong and to ensure that your energy levels remain constant throughout the day.
Combined with a good strength training program, a six meals a day diet will quickly transform your body into a lean, toned, fat-burning machine.
As an active person, optimally you want to be in “energy balance”—or close to it—throughout the day. That means providing your body with the amount of fuel it needs at regular intervals so you’re neither overeating nor undereating. Understanding how your body’s blood sugar levels rise and fall explains why this is so critical for anyone looking to add muscle mass and stay lean.

No, it's not, it's better to eat, small meals spread out over the day, so ur body can turn the food into energy & burn it off, instead of turning to saved energy (FAT)
