If it's a heel problem (on foot) then try some Bio-Oil and Flexitol heel balm. Also worth going for a pedicure to start things off. Good Luck

Oh dear me. The best way to get rid of a heal is to find a better boyfriend.
Oh... heel on your foot. Maybe a GP would be best. There may be a bone spur or something similar.

Heal problem ?????????????? Well I suggest that when you next walk your dog and he attacks your heal that you tell him that this will be last time he will be going walkies with you LOL I like this one!!!!!
