I want to change the name on my Social Security card. I'm already married and I've already changed it from my maiden name to my married name, so it reads First Name / Middle Name / Married Name.
Now, I want to change it to show as follows:
FN / MN / Maiden Name / Married Name
Is there anything else I need to do legally? I just like my maiden name as much as my married name since it's unusual and am quite proud of it and my heritage.
I don't think it matters too much at the moment since I live in the UK (6yrs now) and unless I change what my legal documents here say then I'm okay in the US. But I could be wrong.
