For more than one month I've been away from the computer. The first night I've spent online after that, I've felt very sleepy after only 30 minutes in front of the computer.
I usually spend about 7 hours online daily.

1. So can this be the cause of my constant somnonlence?
2. If so, how will this effect evolve?
3. Could it become worse with time?
4. What should I do to stop this effect?

time spent on the screen is more associated with poor concentration than somnolence. there is no evolution or worsening with time, you just need to normalise your timings in a day, computer and software pros spend more hours on te screen that non computer professionals do, everyone does fine. gamers spend nights on the computers and they do fine too, except for sleeping the whole next day! good luck
