I have heard this morning that they held a "Muslim only day"
How do they justify this?
Surely having days like this leads to MORE segregation in this country and does absolutley NOTHING to integrate anyone!
Heres the new Alton towners itinery for next summer as it would look .
Muslim Monday
Catholic Tuesday
Jewish Wednesday
Atheist Thursday
Church of England Friday
Sikh Saturday
Hindu Sunday
Unbelievable!

As a firm defender of human rights for all races, religions and other minority (and majority) groups. I have to say this is very damaging to society.
The popular perception is the Muslims already have a more privaleged life in this country even though this isn't true.
To reinforce this misconception is both dangerous and irresponsible. I''m sure the anti muslim brigade will have a field day with this and parties like the BNP gain valuable ground.
Like you say, why not a christian day or hindu day? (Not that I beleive it should happen, it would be rediculous)
Integration should be a priority in this country, yet more and more uneducated beaurocrats implement this sort of stupid policy in the guise of 'political correctness' which devalues the idea of being PC and leads to a complete reversal in public acceptance.

That's quite funny! Some swimming pools have women only/ Muslim women only sessions as they are not allowed to show their bodies to women and this I can understand, but not at Alton towers. People would be up in arms if they held a Christian only day! How do you even prove what religion you are- do you have to take a letter from your religious leader.?

You have taken it completely out of the context it is prosented in n the week plan isnt real it is. Did u know that it was an idea that came from the Muslim society! ALton towers have loads of days such as nudist and gay/lesbian! and the groups involoved cant be that bothered about it because they are always sell out days!

i imagine she's asking because the 4th of July is independence day in u.s. so it will be busy yet i did not recognize they'd one in u.s. yet Alton Towers is continually busy so sure!
