im a mum of two very on the go kids i cant keep up with them and i feel sorry for them because i cant also for health reasons i need to lose weight please help i have no motavation what so eva

I think losing weight is always an easy decision to make but a tough action to follow through.

Your family, in this time is going to be your rock and support and don't feel ashamed that you have to ask them to help too. By turning some critical triggers in your lifestyle you can lose that 30kg.

Diet is an important aspect of weight loss. The essence of weight loss is that you burn more calories then you actually intake. You do not have to lessen the amount you eat, often its just the type of food and liquids we consume that can make a difference.

Instead of driving to work, perhaps take public transport and walk to the station and to work etc...

Exercise should not consume your life...but should be a healthy balance. Use the time you spend with your children to do exercise as well. You said that you can't keep up with them...perhaps you can got for walks, slow jogs with them...invent games around a healthy lifestyle.

There are lot of diet websites out there...which are a good start...however self motivation is what is going to really determine whether you lose that 30kg

I don't know your weight, but I suggest you check the links I'm giving below. Chances are diets don't work or make you gain all weight and then some when you start eating normally again.

If you want to lose weight there is a way..

1. Everyday run about 4.8km if cannot then run 2.4km can already...

2. Eat more healthy food..

3. Avoid eating oil food like, chicken, meat , and other food that is oil..

4.Go for a swimming after you run that will be good to lose a lot of weight..

You should go see a dietician. If you start a diet on your own it's more difficult especially if you have no motivation. Andietician will give you a diet which will help you lose weight healthily and you will have to see him/her regularly for checks so that might motivate you to stick to it.

30 kg?? That's a lot. The best way is to cut out junk from your diet. Follow a very low calorie/fat diet.
Bring in vegetables into your diet. LOTS OF WATER (Preferably hot) and don't snack ever.
Make breakfast key - for your kids too.
And stretch plenty :)

Very easy!Just eat lots of veggie and proteins.If possible eat them together like in steamboat.In btw. meal drink lots of water.Cut down on oil and carbohydrate.My diet consist of boiled veggie and prawns/fish for b.fast,lunch :boiled veggie and fish/tofu,dinner:boiled veggie and egg/poultry/fish.Use your imagination!Sometime I boiled the ingredients in tomyam soup,curry,etc.
