if you are a good person you will help others around you so they can help others instead of just being a person who does not care and not affecting people around you in a good way

by just careing enough you are sparking a chain reaction that will do the work of like ten people or more an example of this is charity
people care enough to give money so other people think they should to is makeing it better for so many others imagine if the world had no charities the thing you are on right now is a type of charity think about all the incureable illnesses like aids cancers
so give a little care a little and you can do the work of ten people

Good in this case is subjective and could mean the right person for a task, for a relationship or for a situation. In any case, whatever the scenario may be, this phrase means that finding that one person who delivers at par, if not beyond, one's expectations outweighs having several others that often miss the mark. They just don't match up to what that perfect individual can bring to the table.
