Whatever you say, take your time. Speak slowly and softly like you are speaking into his ear. Don't forget to purr and moan a bit too. I have lots of fun creating alter-egos. Characters who have different sexual traits. "Trixie" is a full on ***** who wears leather boots and shoves him onto the bed and bites. "Marlene" wears cut offs with suspenders, is playful and jumps on the bed and blows bubbles. "Meling" is the asian girl who dresses in a kimono and clips his toe nails etc.. "Barbara" is the secretary with her hair in a bun, a tight white blouse with no bra, no panties under the skirt, who sits at the desk ready to take "dick-tation". Having met all these girls, and others, in person my guy can clue me in on who he'd like to talk to on the phone.
Having another character say and do certain things takes away the shyness (it wasn't me, it was Trixie, that bad girl) and later when you see him if you feel shy about something you said on the phone just say "what? I don't understand. Some girl called you and made lewd suggestions? What was her name? What did she say?" with a shy little grin.
No, I don't have multiple personality disorder but I do have a background in theater. Have fun.

Done this loads since I work away from home. You'll find that you probably start with a lot of talking, then progressively it becomes a race with less talking - if you catch my drift. Tell him to move closer, or get a new boyfriend, I'm sure it'll be better fun.

Phone sex is like real sex, you can't have steps in your head that you follow...Just tell him you're in bed thinking of him and you're wearing something sexy..things should just go on from there. Just follow your instinct.

I have found it most effective to keep it in present tense. Don't just talk about what you want, but project to him what he should feel. Phrase things like " feel my lips..." or "feel me pulling you..."
Intersperse it with present tense changes of position like "Now I'm rolling on top and grinding my..." or "I'm kissing down your chest...stomach... kissing your..."
