Maybe you've been dealing with stress alot and what youre experiencing is an outbreak of pimples. Or maybe it has something to do with what you've been eating lately. avoid salty and oily foods. Also, go see a dermatologist, they can identify what's really wrong with you.

One of the leading causes of acne is the buildup of oil and/or bacteria on the skin. In an effort to rid the skin of this harmful presence, regular cleansing is a must.

If you want to remove redness and reduce the amount of itching, a baking soda paste may be your homemade acne treatment of choice. This mixture is commonly applied to bee stings because of it's ability to reduce redness and itching, which is why it is also popular among acne sufferers.

A combination of grated apples and a splash of honey, 4 tablespoons to be exact, will make a good mask that can be put on for 10 minutes. The apple should be grated into a fine pulp before adding the honey.

Another most popular ways to treat acne is with the use of cleanser acne treatments.Acne cleanser products are most commonly available as a small medicated pad, which is wiped across the infected area in an effort to remove acne-causing bacteria.

Aloe vera is well known for it's healing potential and is commonly found in a variety of body lotions, deodorant and other skin related products.

Acne aloe vera treatments do not require a physician's prescription and can actually be purchased at any local or online drug store. Aloe vera is commonly available in spray, lotion, liquid, gel, cream and capsule forms. Creams, lotion and spray products should be applied directly to the acne.

I know what you are talking about. I have the same problem on my legs. And the last coupld of months has spread to my lower arms. I have been to numerous doctors who all give me a different diagnosis. The ones on my legs started about 7 years ago. I've been given topical and internal anti-biotics, Topical steriod and steriod shots. Nothing works permanently. Prior to this I've always had perfect skin. Never an acne problem. Nothing on my face, neck, back or chest. Ever. About two years ago in the 'Discover' magazine, I saw an article about a doctor writing a story about a man with my same symptoms and who went to doctors for years as I have. The Doctor call it a 'hair root infection' and had a name for it. Unfortunately, my husband threw the magazine out and I've been unable to find the article searching on line and through the Discover magazine archives. But the doctor prescribed something to this man and he was totally cured. I hope you don't have what I have. Mine usually doesn't itch.....but sometimes itches like crazy. I've tried antihistamine ....but doesn't work. Good luck and God bless.

Hi,

According to alternative medications.. acne or blemishes appearing in diff parts of your body and face actually signify not a skin problem.. but a weakness in certain parts of your body.

Eg, a weak liver would see you have pigmentation and acne on the cheeks...

From your description, your acne and blemishes seem to appear on the meridian that signify the digestive system. My guess is that you are probably having problems in that areas.

Do you suffer from any of these:
- constipation
- piles
- indigestion

If you do and you want to get rid of this problem for good, I can teach you how to do a detox to get rid of your pimples for good.

i use to have similar problem as well and now they are gone after I did the detox ;)
