What pace do you run at while doing PT during Navy boot camp?

If its anything like army we did 7 minute miles. Sometimes slower some faster.

Depending on your age the quickest you'll see is about 12:30 mile and a half. This excludes things like Aircrew, SEAL, Diver, etc..
