I want to make a power supply for DSL modem - It needs a 5v DC.I want to use AA cells as a source.?

Can someone provide a circuit diagram for same?

the dsl modem probably needs around 200ma of current to operate. the batteries will only last minutes (even with D cell).

That wouldn't last very long with AA batteries should use D batteries they have the same voltage at AA bats and because of their size they have a longer capactiy. I would make it solar powered.
