So that they can see their daughters' sexy figures! This is like some pervert dads, more prone to incest cases.
However, there are some dads who are just open-minded, they think young girls should wear as sexily as possible coz what the girls have are youth and assets!! So it's perfectly fine!
Thus, it really depends on the character of the dad.

It is not easy to bring up children. You never know whether the trends are changing and you are being blind to them, or your child or the society a person is involved with, is actually making you see only one side of the world. See, guys who are used to seeing girls in short skirts and mini skirts so much that they do not pay attention to 'sex appea' anymore but the girl herself and is in constant society of glamorous people, dressed up in hot dresses, may have blurred vision about what to wear and what not to wear. They are so used to such dresses that they can't think that it is something that their daughters should not wear. They forget that there is another, more conservative and traditional world around them and how they will look at these dresses and the girls in those dresses. They just think that their girls are keeping up with the times and are not able to understand that times are not changing as fast as they think.

Fathers are conscious these days...a little hypocritical too. They are in 'fix' so to say. They are aware of the present day trend and that is the reason why they allow 'revealing' dresses and on the other hand behave as though they are into the 'main stream' of fashion (updated so to say) among friends and society.

and you're complainig abour promenade attire.. have you ever seen the main recent newborn's fashions??? i'm apalled to work out some little females (3, 4, 5 years previous) dressed like hookers. the different day i became into in a eating place and that i observed this preschooler wearing a mini-skirt as much as there, alongside with fishnet stocking (fishnet!!!! I won't even dare to placed on those myself), abdomen bearing acceptable with a formidable neckline, sequined purple shoes, purple rings and purple bracelets... sturdy grief, fantastically lady could be ashamed to placed on that down the line. in the youngsters section, you will additionally locate outfits with prints that examine "kitten", "alluring lady", "available", "call me" and different suggestive innuendo, those for babies are in problem-unfastened college for godsake; to not count quantity leopard prints and different numbers that could desire to be reserved for boudoirs. hmm ... even i wonder about that sometimes but more than that i keep thinking how girls dress this way in front of their fathers ... if you are talking about the girls in colleges then i have heard that lot of todays middle class girls bring thoese clothes to college and change it as their family is against it ... even in big popular discos and clubs i have seen girls changing into sexy clothes in the restrooms so mabbe the parents are really unaware of the situation ..

It's probably in the culture. Like in Hispanic cultures it's for the girls to be ultra feminine and the boys to be ultra macho. It's a sexuality thing to foolishly overpopulate the world with a lot of unwanted babies. The boys impregnate the girls and boys have to take care of them but the boys keep on impregnating other girls.

The parents are also sexually minded. They think if their daughters get involved in love affairs with other boys, it means that they are not clear in their minds. They themselves are sexually starvated and obnoxious. They are not good with their daughters.

i think may be because they give independence to their kids to live their own life, they trust them and they know that they wont do anything wrong in their life.
