I know we can say, for example "I partied UNTIL MORNING", but what about evening? Do we say:
I'll be out til evening
I'll be out til the evening
I'll be out til night, or
I'll be out til the night?

Or is there another more natural way to express it?

The first or second are good. Of course, "I'll be back this evening." sounds more natural than either of those.

I would say "I will be out until evening." (This sounds the most natural to me!)
