Yes! You must definitely go for a visit if that's what you want! it's a great place and it is no more dangerous than where you or I live. A visit to Israel is an amazing experience and you definitely will not regret it, so go right ahead and visit the Holy land!

There hasn't been a terrorist incident inside any of the Israeli cities for a few years now, so this might be considered a good time to come. The situation is, however, fragile, so you should continue to follow.
The answer also depends on the type of visit you plan. Most of the attacks in the past hit public transportation, shopping malls, and restaurants and cafes in the city centers. If you come with an organized group of a responsible operator, there's no reason you will be in any danger anyway.

For the some distance majority of visitors, Israel is a secure place. despite the fact that, one disclaimer I could desire to throw out is at many of the extra non secular websites, for all 3 religions, you may dress extremely. This is going for the two genders; despite the fact that, for women that's extra strict. No midriff, have up on your elbows and knees lined, and verify that your chest, for you women, isn't to emphasised. For the somewhat non secular varieties, that could reason relatives unrest. despite the fact that, that's extremely non secular factors, maximum possibly you will not bypass to, such as Mea Shearim and Bnei Barak. you have maximum possibly on no account heard of them with the aid of fact they are actually not "prevalent favorite websites". Ignoring places like that, dress the way you prefer, following the comparable regulations as in the different given Western society. in any different case, Israel is an extremely risk-free place to be. a number of their cities are safer than a number of ours, have self assurance it or not. despite the fact that, just to point this, in case you bypass to between the disputed territories, like the West economic enterprise and the Golan, i could ask your Israeli concierge what they think of, and such.

YES! it is safe. I went in 2003 during that intifada but not once did I feel unsafe.
Israel with its history and for some, its connection on a spiritual level is a life changing event.
Not a day goes by that I dont think of my trip or wish I could go back.
I hope you get to go.

Yes, it's relatively safe. Stay away from the hot-spot "danger zones" and you'll be just fine.
I lived there for a couple of years, and nothing ever happened. If you don't know anyone there you might be better off taking a tour group if you're not sure where to go exactly.
It's a beautiful country. Enjoy!

well, that is a tough one, and really comes down to personal preference.
I can tell you though that I am going to be in Israel on holiday this December there, and that I feel safer there than driving on the streets of JHB
