Love is never based on looks, or intelligence. Love is so much more. And though you may be both beautiful and smart, it just may not be enough. Men are often stupid when it comes to love, and are slow to realise their feelings when it is. I say if you are waiting for some grand proclomation of love then you are wsting your time. If love is what you are looking for, and it is not happening with your guy, then move on. You will definately find another "fish" you just have to keep casting out your line.

yes, for a lot of reasons... hmmn, maybe she's too damn proud for being beautiful and intelligent that it's already on the obnoxious side and it turns him off. i mean "come on i'm already beautiful and intelligent, what are you looking for?!" kind of girl.
beauty and intelligence are not the only reasons for loving someone. because if they are it'll be a very sad world for the majority of the population who are not so pretty and not so intelligent.
