if you're smart, you won';t respond at all. He obviously is done, and why sink to his level of immaturity. REmember: he cheated on you. Don't give him the pleasure of contacting him.

why do u want him back? if he cheated on you once, he will do it again. obviously he isnt happy with what hes getting from you. thats why he went elsewhere.
if u want to impress him dont wear a dress. wear sexy lingerie or nothing at all with ur hands over ur privates. this will get his juices flowing.
my suggestion would be to cut ur losses.
find someone who treats you with respect and cares for you greatly. someone who is flattered that you are with him.
then the next time you see ur ex and he sees that you are happy without him, then he will feel like **** and probably regret ever cheating on you or losing you from his life.

i don't know what the 'kiss' is for. but it's not needed. also i don't think that you need to answer him back. you don't need to explain anything to him. based on your story, you're not trying in any way to get his attention. so it means you got his attention. he just doesn't want to admit it. what a LOSER!
continue with the sexy dresses. it's not for him to look at right? and it's your right. he's just insecure because the only thing he's allowed to is to do right now is look and drool.

Forget him! he is disrepectful to you. It sounds as if he is controlling also. Love youself and know that you are better than that! You will find someone deserving of your love and who treats you well. It's his loss. If he cheated once, he will do it again. They all do! good luck
