I already know that i'm going to the doctor but i was wondering if someone can help me out...i been having headaches, back pain and a fever.....what can this be?

All the symptoms you mention are symptoms of the flu. In many cases a mild case of the flu will not get any worse, and will run it's course in about a week. Hopefully this is your situation,. Do drink plenty of fluids, and ask your doctor about a mild pain medication to relieve your symptoms. Good luck.

it can be a whole lot of things from a seemingly harmless viral infection to a dangerous meningeal infection. Well a physical and a detailed history will be needed to come to a provisional diagnosis..then there will be tests....do see the doc soon.

I do believe it's just a cold or the flu. Nothing serious. There regular symptoms.
