there was a typhoon and the electricity was cut off. however a family cannot light up the candles in the house even though all windows are shut. do u know the answer?

i say just turn on the lights cuz you say the electricity was cut off but you didn't say the typhoon did it so i assume the family cut it off. then they can turn it back on
