how can someone break up with a psycho?

i've just found out that my friend is dating a psycho, not only that but he once shot someone just becuase the guy broke his nose??
he also a stalker .. he follows her everywhere he even takes her phone bill and checks all the numbers that she dials or recieves.. he's so sick but she's afraid that he might hurt her..
how can she get rid of him in a nice way?

There ain't a nice way. She should not see him alone. If he bothers or threatens her, she should file a restraining order.

First of all she shouldn't do it in front of his face because he might go crazy she should do it over the phone and once he threatens her she should go get a restraining order. And and until he finally backs off she shouldn't be alone. But she should just do it on the phone and just tell him that it's not working out...don't let him know he is psycho or that he scares her cuz that will just make him think he can have his way with her.

The best bet might be to rationalize with him...if she can't prove any of the stalking issues it might be hard for her to get a restraining order.
This does seem a little scary but I would highly recommend that she break up with him in a very public place. Make sure there are a lot of witnesses. Maybe take her dad or mom with her...if she were to take a couple of guy friends...he may take that as a sign of aggression. Sounds like he is insecure and may not have a lot of impulse control.
Her best bet is definitely to leave the relationship as soon as possible...just for safety sake!!! Good Luck!

she should tell him that shes gay felt it for a long time and tell him that she didnt want to hurt him in any way and would be friends with him , if he doesnt acsept it and goes all phsyco call the copz get a restraining order if shes that worried , or be really boaring so he stops liking her or she could pretend shes allways sick and stay home for weeks , she could change her personality tell him shes got herpies ....hope that helps phsycos can be so anoying , its hard to deal with them and bereaking up is even harder just make ur lie believable if u do lie or eles they will get even madder bt try not to be afraid coz it gives them an advantage if they no ur not scarred it mite not be so bad , also depends on what sort of drugs they are on n stuff

tell her to run the first chance when he is at work or some where else, then to go straigt to a safe house no friends or family that would be too easy for him to find and to canchel her phone number and get a new one. ps good luck to her.

this is really hard. your friend needs to talk to her parents and get help in ending this relationship. if he has a stalker personality he is not going to easily walk away. something needs to be done before he hurts her.
my sister had the same problem when she was about 20 y/o. she ended it. one day he called and was bringing his sister over who was a minor to "whip her." they wrecked and the man was killed. my mother arrived on the scene and when she got home she told us. we had called her at work and told her they were on their way to our home to make trouble.
if she has to move for a while then get someone like yourself to gather her possessions and move them for her incase he is watching. she can slip out in the middle of the night.
