I don't think you have to keep changing your shampoo every month, but it can be due to stress. So I consult you to try a relaxer or maybe even hot oil it feels nice and is a great stress reliever!!!!!!

I don't think it's normal to loose hair as you described. Many reasons lead to hair loss, one is stress, you should think about that if that makes you hair loss. One of my relatives used to have the same problem, she tried a lot of things (cosmetic products, shampoos) but they didn't work much. But gradually she changed another job, get married and she never complain hair loss again. So hair loss might connect to your phychological state or state of your emotion etc.

maybe not half of your hair, but quite a lot. i have heard that you only lose about 100 strands of hair everyday. maybe its just cause your stressing out. some people i know have been stressing out and havelost a lot of hair that way. stressing on losing hair isnt gonna help. calm down and do some meditation maybe.
