My girlfriend broke up with me. My best guy friends girlfriend broke up with him. You guessed it, 33 years later, I am still married to my best guy friends ex girlfriend. Sometimes life is stranger than fiction.

You never know what is gonna happen. Grab life by the horns and live it like there is no tomorrow.

Tell her that you are uncomfortable with her pursuing him because of your history. And tell her that you just don't want anything to happen to jeopardize both your friendships (if you are still friends with him) or put you in a difficult position where you had to choose (if you're not friends with him/bad breakup).

Then you have to ask yourself WHY you are uncomfortable. You should find out why she likes him, if she's genuinely interested in him and why and give your opinions on them two as a couple if they were to pursue this. You don't want this to be a rebound for her.

If she was really your friend, she would respect how you feel (especially since this sounds like a rebound issue) if she doesn't then she's just trying to make you feel bad or put you in a bad position and you shouldn't have friends like that anyways.

for my area you should have not in any respect, ever, ever, EVER went out inclusive of your pal's ex. that is like the first rule contained in the friendship coaching guide! it is between the biggest betrayals you may educate a pal. Now they probable have emotions for the different nonetheless, yet with you stuck contained in the middle. Your pal would even resent you for it. If I were you i'd only ask the guy and your pal in the journey that they nonetheless have emotions for the different. Then, counting on what they say, bypass from there.

Both of you obviously dont know the codes of friendship. your not supposed to date or hook up with a friends ex. Even if they say its ok, eventually they will resent you for it and vice versa. So you both need to back off of eachothers ex's if you want to keep your friendship.
