You are slightly underweight.
Now, rather than just throwing that out there, let me help you figure out where you "should" be. You should be where doctors would consider you at a healthy weight for your height. Doctors have determined that weight range to height range is a constant, and they call that your Body Mass Index (or BMI).
To compute your BMI, divide your weight in pounds by your height in inches. Divide the answer by your height in inches. Multiply that answer by 703.
For you, we divide 116 by 67, divide by 67 again, and multiply by 703. The answer comes out to a BMI of about 18.2.
Alone, that means nothing. But when you look at the guidelines for where BMI should be, it tells you a lot:
* Underweight = <18.5
* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
* Overweight = 25-29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
Note that this applies to ADULT BMI only, and it applies to both adult men and women. Assuming you are an adult, your BMI of 18.2 makes you underweight.

I am the same height and for me, that is too thin. The least you should weigh is about 130 to be healthy. I am sure u want to be healthy so u could stand to gain some weight. To be honest I weigh 150 and am still in the healthy weight range and am a size 10 so hope this helps.
