A female friend has asked me to be a nude male model for a school project. I told her I would, should I go through with it? I don't have any fears at present and think it might even be kind of fun and kinky, but I wonder if it might have some unforseen consequences.

Go for it! You have to support the arts. Consequences Schmonsequences. People should be able to see nude people without it affecting them so deeply. People are naturally naked. Clothing is for protection, but people think it is to hide our shame. I say go do it and have fun.

If your friend is a good friend then you might get laid. but if you don't really know the person then no. Ask to do it anonymously. like dont show your face and dont give a name. or sometimes an artist can tweak a couple facial features on photoshop for the sake of your reputation. I wouldn't tell allot of people anyway. Unless you feel very secure with yourself. I assume this is college by the way. for high school dont let anyone know its you and your parents might even have some good insight. it could also depend on where those photos go. If they are confined to a classroom and you trust your friend. go for it.

If you feel comfortable naked then do it I guess. But it may be weird around your friend or other people you know. I agree with the other answer. If you are looking foward to it being kinky then you don't have a mature attitude toward it. It is an art class, not sex ed or anything you are fantasizing about.

If you think it's kinky then you've got the wrong idea about posing for art. If it's for a class, go ahead. If it's a private sitting, why not.
If it's photographs, no. If it's a painting or a sculpture, then yes.

ONly if your comfortable with it. I posed in my self portrait photos nude for class but in mine nothing really showed at all. I'm alittle to private about some parts =)
But it would be an interesting experience for you and I'm sure you'd get copies.

I do not see any problem to pose in the nude for art project, you have to set your mind and be professional on it.
It can be more people with cameras next to her, so will be less chance to be personal.

I don't think you should. You'll find those photos will be around long after you'd rather forget it ever happened. But, hey, you have to do what you think is right for you. If you're posting this question, maybe you're not as OK with it as you think you are.

if you are positioned in a way that covers your groin, do it. no drama.
but if it includes your penis, you may regret it if you get famous or well known, or have a position of responsibility as people may consider it unprofessional... your choice, but what an honour to be asked.

Oh man, I dunno about that. Yes it is art, but your naked body may be hanging over someones mantle... or what if you see someone you know from that class. LOL, I am being immature right now. I am in a painting class and I would be mature about it if I had to do a nude painting. I dunno.
