It depends on which schools you are considering applying to, but generally speaking, grades are always the most important. Most schools have a minimum score on the SAT or ACT to get in. I never even took the SAT's, but I had a 4.2 GPA, and a good ACT score, so I not only got accepted but was offered a scholarship.

The SAT is important, but most colleges will want to see how you perform in an academic setting, and how dedicated of a student you are. I would place grades first. Also, the SAT II is a good way to demonstrate proficiency in a specialized academic interest, but not completely essential for college. So, I would recommend:

1. grades
2. SAT
3. SAT II

There was a sage who once said, If you aim at the stars, you will at least hit a coconut tree". Bearing this in mind I think you should list out the highest scoring grades and work accordingly . Once you have your sights focussed on your super grades, and applying yourself and studying deligently to obtain the highest grades, you will hav the best, desired results!.

SAT Reasoning Test, SAT Subject Test, ACT Test and raising your GPA. Everything will be evaluated when you apply for admission. It is good if you take the SAT Reasoning & ACT two or three times. They will take your higher scores.
