Why wont people just stop guessing and live only god can decide and not things and research that happened in the past can tell us i think and believe that only god can knnow when its going to end

Because the mayan calander ends on december 21, 2012. So people think this is the end of the world, plus there was a prophecy made in 1139 by St. Malachy. He predicted all the Popes in the catholic religion from that point on up to the last one. The last pope is supposed to be after this current day Pope, Pope Benedict XVI. What bothers me is that Pope Benedict XVI is old and can probably go at anytime. Which means the end is coming too.

I dunno. Don't be scared by this, live your life to the fullest! Love God and befriend him. Do the things you want to do. If it doesn't happen atleast you will have no regrets for the next 6 years. Do what makes you happy. If the world does come to an end atleast everyone else is going with you. :)

Yea that's true God only knows, however there are these indians who use this "formula" to predict the worlds end they started using it 400 years ago and to this day the year hasn't changed its like 2031 or sumtin like that. Also there's this thing goin around about these silver skulls that have been here even before man existed. Theres seven of them and it is said when all seven come together, they will reveal secrets and information that we never knew about this world, also they earth will be demolished when they come together, so far they found 5, two more are left somewhere in the world. Pretty interesting stuff

People have been thinking the world was going to end since the world has began. The world dates thousands of years back. I don't understand why people think they are so special that they know when the world is going to end. I agree with you, they need to understand that only God knows when the time will come.

the only ones who know the answer to that question might be those in the Jonestown murder/suicide in guyana. they know because they died.
meteors are heading this way around that time or 2011. at least one is about 1 1/2 miles in diameter.
the only good thing with them is that scientists have now revised earlier possibilities with a report that these meteors will now pass us by for sure.
the only thing for certain is that we will live til we die and not a moment longer. that is the end of that world

I don't believe them.... We watch.... and from watching and comparing what we know... we will get a better understanding.....

everytime the holy books go wrong, a new date is set for the next end. this has been going on for ad nauseum. as if god has no other work other than destroying.

there is no better example than this. i think holy books got everything wrong when they wrote these things. they dont even realise that it makes them look stupid.
