My friend is going out with a girl whome i did it with. but she is HOE but he thinks shes the best. Should i tell him shes a big hoe and I did her and his sister at the same time. I asked but i didnt think they would but they did. I should just leave the sister part huh?

Doesn't the fact that you did it with 2 girls at the same time kinda make you a whore too? If you tell anyone that you did it with 2 girls at the same time, it makes you look like a skank too. After all, if they would do it with you, who else would they do it for? You had sex with them KNOWING how they were, and didn't stop to think that IF they are such big whores, it's hard telling what diseases they may have. You did as much as they did, so if she was good enough for you, she's good enough for him too. Leave them alone.

Your friend's relationship is none of your business. Unless you fear he is going to get hurt, I don't think you should say anything. It sounds like the relationship might not last long anyway if she's truly that wild.
