I have been writing checks and forging my moms name and cashing them. I love my mom but with no job I cant help but to go in her purse and borrow a 20. My drug addiction is my problem and need to kick the habit. I know stealing is wrong but she stopped working and now recieves child support and doesnt give me my share. Should i sue her?

Dude you should have your dealer meet your Mom and maybe they will hit it off and you can steal your drugs from him instead of your Mom's checks.

Why don't you find a job? Drugs will waste your life. Get help. It is not your fault why you get addicted to drugs, it is your fault to do nothing about it. However, I don't see your point why you would want to sue her. She can't give you money so that you can spend it in drugs. Probably you are still young and don't understand the meaning of running a family. Every cent is worth saving.

Legally u have no right to the Child support....it is to support you financially meaning tht the parent who has physical custody is not obligated to give you anything the money is to help with the household cost that u reside in primarily...not as an allowance for you or even her for that matter but stealing from her is wrong yes....she should catch you and burn your hands over the stove. or just kick you out.. looks like you and Aubrey have a lot of fun asking and answering for each other....was it you that got best answer for her question "how to hide my trail of cheating"

Think about this in depth.
This woman gave you life. You personally owe her more than what you have stated. Don't ever forget you pay for what you get. As far as the child support, realize that money is keeping a roof over your head, feeding and clothing you. Not to count life's needful everyday things.
During the summer months "get a job". Help out, it's hard to financially get by. Be a bit more thankful.

You're disgusting! Stealing from ANYONE is wrong, especially from your mom. The child support she receives pays for the roof over your head, the food you eat, and the clothes you wear. It is not designated to pay for your drugs.
You have no reason to sue. If you did, you'd end up in court-ordered drug rehab, which you need badly.

Sue her? That money is to feed and clothe your sorry butt! It is not supposed to be handed directly to you! Get you sorry butt in rehab and stop stealing! She does not need to give you a share of child support, it is for her to take care of you, example, housing, food, transportation, clothing..not drugs. If I was your mom, Id call the police, she knows what you are doing, she can't be that stupid.
