Dude... Tution fee could be claimed as deduction or exemption below section 80C. in the previous, the optimal deduction allowed in the direction of Tution fee replaced into Rs.12000/- according to babies. yet now, any form deduction (like Tution fee etc) which comes united states80C has a decrease of Rs.a million lac. wish this clarifies ur question.

Yes but only tution fee is exempted if any donation or other things are included in that then you may not get exemption for full amount.

yes. u can claim deduction upto maximum rs.12,000/-during a financial year. u have to produce the school fees payment receipts at the time of filing. 2 children upto the age of 12 years u can claim deduction for educational expenses. good luck.

An amount of Rs.12000 per annum on one child is exempted .So produce the school bills and get exemption!
