sentence, unless you want to hear the TRUTH..... . . . . .All Christians are sinners. All Christians are men and women. And all men and women make mistakes.

If you think about that for awhile, you just may come to the truth that you have been seeking.

It'll ALWAYS be a sinner, who is telling you about Jesus.

What do you think ?

Someone tell 'roaring' that he/she has misunderstood the meaning of the question. Thank You.

I had no idea that some answerers would think that " I thought it was hypocritical ". For the record, I don't think it's hypocritical. We should all share the word of God. With wisdom in mind. Sorry if I wasn't clear about that.

It will always be a sinner telling you about Jesus, but it will never be a sinner entering your soul and transforming your life once you accept salvation through Jesus.

Someone once said: " A Christian is like a beggar who has found some food and now is trying to share with other beggars where to find some food"

Sorry I don't mean to demean anyone as a 'beggar'. It's just a quotation.

Yes, I'm a sinner, but that should not stop me from sharing with you that I have found hope.

I'm not claiming at any moment that I'm now perfect or sinless. I think i can speak for other Christians as well. Christians are sinners saved by the grace and forgiveness of God. None of us claim to be perfect, at least , I don't.

Only Jesus is without sin. But now He has risen to heaven and has instructed sinners like me to share my faith with others.

It's not Christian's idea that sinners share with other sinners. YOu saw that as hypocritical.
That's Jesus' instructions. You can ask Jesus why .

But if you don't believe in Him in the first place, then why bother.?

I must agree.
If you believe no one's perfect--and it's not a failure of their method, of how these people try to live, then it's because someone's selling you "original sin". That idea means the speaker believes you originated in a much worse or much better place, and it's so different you don't belong here; that's why you're sinful---and that's why you need a "redeemer" to get back to that "otherworld"--heaven, or whatever.

But Christianity and other religions don't work on Earth; it's not a moral nor ethical system intended for people living in reality space-time at all. Christ is supposed to have said "My kingdom is not of this world."

That means you have to withdraw from this world--and that's what gets you points so that you can go back to where you really belong--to that much worse or much better different place you are supposed to have come from. You give up thisworld for an otherworld, reason for faith, enter a monastery and live as much as you can like the way you expect to find in that otherworld later on.

It's not just hypocrisy these folks are preaching--it's their own irrelevance. They're not good enough to preach to anybody; they're sinners by their own standards.

If you don't accept their otherworldist origin theory, you can belong on Earth. And you don't need a redeemer. And you can be perfectly good enough too. Plus, of course, you don't need to listen to their preaching, their complaints or their insults.
Just tell them to go to monastery where they belong and get on with your life.

well since God used an *** to speak to the prophet Baal to stop him from being killed by the angel, i suppose he could use anyone.Yes we are all sinners but some of us are forgiven and it's a daily sacrifice that we pray and ask for forgiveness. True we all make mistakes, and he is just to forgive us if we ask. and don't forget the first commandment, oh hear oh Isreal the Lord our God is one Lord and we must love him with all our heart and all our soul, and the 2nd is like unto this, to love your neighbour as your self, on these 2 stand all the Law and the prophets

Hi bottles. Every human who ever walked the earth was a miserable rotten sinner, that includes me and it includes you. The only one who did not sin was Christ. Christ came to bear the sins of those who believe and repent. In Matthew 9:11-13 God tell us of His relationship with sinners:

"And when the Pharisees saw it, they said to His disciples, “Why does your Teacher eat with tax collectors and sinners?” 12 When Jesus heard that, He said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. 13 But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice.’For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”

hMMM Food for thought

Depends on position, The bible says I am seated in HEAVENLY PLACES RIGHT NOW, I just have to get my flesh to outwork that.

If I repent before I speak, of bad thoughts and sin, then for that session I am not a sinner. Jesus doesn't see me like that because his blood washes me clean.

It is our job to tell others about Jesus. I am really sorry that I am not always meeting the sinless criteria, it is a work in progress but I really want to obey God, all the time and never sin.

It's always a sinner who is preaching to me about Jesus. Were not the apostles and disciples of Jesus sinners? Didn't they preach about Jesus to the Romans,Corinthians,Galatians etc.?

The thing that strikes me as strange is when the person who is preaching is thrilled because Jesus died for his sins.

However his death would benefit me, I couldn't be happy about it.

I was a member of a Christian church for awhile and one day I shook myself awake and realized how brutal the whole idea was.

I love people too much to be a Christian.

I love Jesus too much to be a Christian.

Christianity is not about sinning that's catholics view on religion. Christians believe in aceepting jesus as your lord and savior the only flesh to walk the earth sinless. While we may be sinners preaching we preach about faith and it is faith alone that'll get you to heaven not good works and deeds so that no man can boast.

Why's that hypocritical? If we were perfect we wouldn't need Jesus.
