So far, we've only been able to see the details on just a few planets in our solar system. Mars once had water, but I'm not sure if any actual rivers have been confirmed. I know there hasn't been any actual life (like forests) confirmed there.
There might be some planets out there with a similar topography and actual life, but so far, we just don't know.

No planet is known to have life (forests) in our solar system besides the earth. Mars had rivers and oceans at one time. Europa, one of Jupiter's moons, has a liquid water ocean beneath its surface.
Hills and mountains are common to all rocky planets.

No other planets in our solar system have water (therefore nor forests) like earth has. Hills are just topical variations and most have that.
Hubble has not yet been able to view the planetary aspects of those outside our solar system yet, only stars.

wasn't it mars? it has mountains and volcanos and rivers like earth except the rivers had evidents of nitrogen so that doesn't really mean we could live there, and there was the moon of venus i think which was called titan or something which was a bit like earth
