they have a baby(22-13)the mother done lost one child at age 11,the dughter needs help with the baby,the mother doesnt help her much with the baby,the 13 year old has a baby by the guy,and hes willing to do all he can for her and the baby.THE MOTHER AGREES TO ALL THIS.ps this is not the 13 year old or the 22 year old,just a very concered grandmother and its all out of my hands.

I agree I would call child protective services and press charges against this MAN. Im 22 y.o almost 23 and could not imagine myslef with an 8th grader!! That is flat out sick!

The girls mother needs to straighten up her act. It shows why this happened, she let's her be with a man of 22, she gets pregnant, and now she's ready to load her off. Sounds like she had it planned to not be a mom herself! Now for the girl and the child.........If the 22 year old is willing to be a father and a partner then he should be. Yes, this is his problem also, but he is doing right by her unlike her "mother"! What matters now is BOTH children. Marriage? That would be their call, only they know if they are capable. The young lady needs to not feel that it is her only choice or she will wed with dispair in her heart because of her "mother's" instability. She should find a family member to take her in and show her how strong she can be, to be the mother her "mother" isn't. Then, let her make her choice. Now, if human services come in they will prosecute him no matter what, it is with the state NOT the family. I could be put in jail for my thoughts right now. "MOTHER" she doesn't deserve that title, the 13 year olds "mother" not the 13 year old. Obviously, I blame her the most but he should be taken to the woodshed out back too!!!!!!

WOW...pregnant at 11 and a mother at 13? That's a shame! She's still a baby herself...of course she needs help with the baby.
I'm just so shocked by all of this. Why was the 13 yr old allowed to be with a 22 yr old?????!!!! His *** should be in jail!
This poor child (the 13 yr old mommy) is going to have one hell of a life. She hasn't even gotten to finish being a child herself. I hope someone steps in and teaches her how to care for that baby.
Sad...very sad indeed.
I don't have a solution for you other than to watch closely and get involved if you have to. The baby shouldn't suffer for any reason. It can't help who it's parents are. I can tell you this...if that child marries that grown man....it will be worse for her. OMG, this is so upsetting to me..I wish I hadn't read this question.

Well i dont see why they should get married just because they have a kid together, i mean personally i think that 22 year old man should be charged with rape or for being a pedofile or something but seriously maybe they should consider marriage for when shes old enough to make her own decisions, if he is willing to take care of them, i dont see why they need a piece of paper to say they are together. Maybe she wont feel the same for him in a year or two... as long as he takes care of his responsibility i dont see why this 13 year old girl needs to have the burden of starting a family at such a young age....

It's hard to understand your question.... I thought you meant a 13 year old girl is pregnant with a 22 year old guy's baby. If that's the case, I'd put him in prison for statutory rape. If that's not the case, then I would let the two get married. At least if they get married, maybe they can provide this child with some stability. It's hard to have a child when you're really young, but some people have made it work. That one country singer... Loretta Lynn, had her first child at age 14, actually.

You really do not sound like the grandmother, rather the 13 year old. But if you /her were my child by no means would I let you/her marry a 22 year old, rather I would put his a*s in jail, he is a child predator and a rapist & by no means can ever have a meaning full relationship with this girl, put the guy in jail, put the girl in counseling & put the baby up for adoption...it is what is best for all!!
